Since we began supplying the nation with our re-use products, we have wanted to hear what you think to our services so that we can do all we can to ensure that it is as good as we intend.
So what we did was ask a number of our previous customers what they actually thought of the services we deliver. Some customers came back with ideas for improvement and we took their ideas on board!
"The 3 month policy gave buyers the assurance that they were not getting a lemon. By adding an extra 3 months you’re going further to ensure that
the client gets adequate value for money. All customers are investing a substantial amount in their new products and it’s an economic catastrophe if the
machine stops working after a few short months.
I think it’s a win-win situation.
By extending the warranty to 6 months, you have shown that you are confident in your products and you are willing to go that extra mile.
PS. Another area you should be boasting about is your delivery people. I’ve met two of them and they were both wonderful, helpful gentlemen.
Most white goods delivery people are impatient, grumpy and downright unfriendly. Your staff break the mould.
